Many times through the process when I did not know what to do, she would just tell me don’t worry about it I’ll take care of it. She goes above and beyond what I think Realtor should do. She has now helped us with four different properties and every time it is completely stress-free. Carissa was so helpful from the minute we met her 2 years ago when we first began to plan our move to Wilmington from Connecticut. She has promptly answered all of our questions and guided us through the process of a long distance move which includes a lot of moving parts. We relocated to the area in early October and found a home much quicker than we expected and it was a seamless process. She was especially helpful with the closing process since we have no knowledge of local businesses to use for inspections or a lawyer to use for closing. She was the BEST!!!! Carissa worked tirelessly on selling both are lots and making sure the 1031 exchange went through with out a hitch. If you want the best realtor that will help you through every bit of the selling or purchase of a house or property then Carissa is the one for you. She helped us with the closing of our two lots and the purchase of our lot in Beaufort NC. Her commitment even went as far as coming to the closing at Beaufort and take a walk around our new land purchase as we all celebrated.
